We started out our evening at Fado - an authentic Irish style pub. They have a nice little patio and Sondra and I met up with friends Jeff and Caesar there. Here's Jeff.

From Ireland to Norway! A friend of Sondra's was celebrating a birthday at nearby Oslo, so we left Fado to check it out. The decor at Oslo is extremely trendy, and has outrageously modern decor - for 1970! Check out the bubble chair!

While at Fado Sondra struck up a conversation with some very nice chaps from across the pond. They were in town on business and we took it upon ourselves to give them a friendly Austin welcome. We had a great time chatting with them and giving them sightseeing and bar-hopping pointers. Nice to meet you fellows!!

Surprisingly, instead of the usual DJ, there was a very good live band playing at Oslo that night called Ginger Leigh. This bachelorette was there enjoying the music with her girlfriends. Of course, Sondra and I got the dancing started and later the band thanked us for helping get the crowd going.
