Miscellaneous pictures of interesting people, places and things!

Here are just some random photos I've been meaning to put up as well as some pictures from my friend Tim's birthday party and of Viljo and Autumn's recent visit.

Meet Samatha, Kearson's second cousin. This photo is from her birth announcement which was quite a while ago. She is now almost 9 months old, I think. We really enjoyed spending some time with her and Jarad and Angela at Breaen's wedding this August. I need more recent photos of her 'cause she is a HOOT! She is already pulling herself up and likes to make funny faces.

Kearson and I were walking down the street, on our way to see John Leguzamo at the Paramount in Austin when I look over and saw the WEINERMOBILE!!! Luckily, I had my trusty Canon Elph with me and was able to snap this photo as evidence. I really need to start carrying my camera with me again, if I'd had it 2 nights ago, I could have also gotten a shot of the "Goldfishmobile" which is a truck shaped like a giant Pepperidge Farms goldfish cracker. The windshield is shaped like his big smiling mouth. Ah well, live and learn.

Autumn and Viljo came to Texas to see us and we had a great time. On Friday, we went to Tim's birthday party, which required that we all wear hats. That's Autumn on the right and me, uh, under the cheese!

Viljo on the patio at the party. Hey, wait a minute...that's Autumn's hat!!!

All of these pictures were taken by Viljo and Autumn on their really nifty digital camera. Dig this one of Kearson using a solar filter!

Autumn and Viljo were married not too long ago (on June 22nd) and we had a great time at their wedding. I snagged this picture of Viljo's tattoo that he got to commemorate the occasion. Now that's LOVE!

Tim looked so groovy at his party! Leather hat and all! To top it all off, Sondra and Kara got him the perfect accessory - a flashing Jesus wall hanging. WWJD with an outfit like Tim's? What would he do...

This is Dana and Lane's dog, Pitter. He is gnoshing on a chew toy shaped like a human foot. I find this somewhat cute and more than a little disturbing. Mmmmmm....human fooooot!!! What ARE we teaching young pups these days? Doesn't Pitter have enough of a HAND fixation??
